Vocalzone Clothing and Headwear Returns Policy

At Vocalzone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, as outlined below:

• 30-Day Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a full refund.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. Products that are worn, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vocalzone.com with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
