VOCALZONE LEMON & GINGER TEA

Liquorice Root: Liquorice Root eases congestion by helping to loosen and thin mucus in the airways. The herb also soothes soreness in the throat.

Ginger Root: Ginger is widely used in cold and flu remedies. It is a diaphoretic meaning that in a tea it warms the body from within.

Lemon Whole Fruit: Lemon is a good source of vitamin C and promotes hydration.

Lemon Myrtle: Often used as a flavouring, Lemon Myrtle also has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties to help soothe a sore throat.
